Jill M. Manning, founder of The Manning Law Firm, is a mediator, trial attorney, and skilled litigator. In her litigation practice, she focused on antitrust and unfair competition law and represented clients in class action and complex litigation matters. With extensive knowledge of state and federal competition laws, she has successfully litigated cases involving price fixing, tying, monopolies, and unfair competition. Ms. Manning lives on a ranch in West Marin with her husband and daughter. She enjoys cooking with vegetables grown in her garden, hiking coastal Marin and Sonoma with her Australian Shepherd, playing tennis, and exploring ancient ruins.
